The U.S Department of Treasury has certified 150 census tracts in Louisiana low income urban and rural communities as Opportunity Zones.
Bankers, community and economic development organizations, and government agencies from across the state will explore how the Opportunity Zone program can encourage private investments in small business, neighborhood revitalization, and more.
